Answers: If you checked #11 then you have somehow come to this website by mistake. If you checked #16 you may reconsider participating. This event even though conducted on a relatively flat trail will require training, even if #16 applies. Do not consider participation without proper training. If you did NOT check #11 but you did check #9 and most of the others this event is for you. If you did NOT check #9 you are advised to consult with your physician prior to beginning a training routine. Do not participate without the full agreement of your physician. While you're at it, get him or her to sponsor you in the ride!
