Direct Care Worker/Residential Counselors
San Mar Children’s Home often has full and part time positions on the various shift, day, evening and awake overnight. We do expect staff to be able to (at minimum) work every other weekend. Some staff have requested regular weekend work.
This position is to provide quality supervision and direction to the teenage girls in our group homes. Must be over 21 and be a High School graduate. If one is applying for the Therapeutic Group Home you will be required a bachelors degree, preferable in a related field. We do give preference to applicants with related experience.
